(1) Are your products vegan and cruelty free certified?

Yes Lilikoi Beauty skincare is Vegan & Cruelty Free certified through PETA. We do not source ingredients from any facility that tests on animals.

 (2) Where is the money being donated to?

Lilikoi Beauty currently donates to Human Rights Watch. You can visit hrw.org to learn more about how HRW works to protect at risk victims across the world. If you have a charitable organization or cause you would like to gather  support for and you would like to build a relationship with us feel free to reach out to us an email at hello@lilikoibeauty.com.

(3) How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all single item orders!

(4) How will I know when my order has shipped and how long will it take for my order to be delivered?

You will receive an email and/or text confirmation for your order with your order number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be received. From then it should take 4-5 days for delivery. 

(5) Do you ship internationally?

At this time Lilikoi Beauty only ships to the United States.

(6) What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged package and would like a refund or replacement please email info@lilikoibeauty.com with your order number and shipping information. 

(7) Where else can I buy Lilikoi Beauty products?

As of right now we only sell our products through our website www.lilikoibeauty.com
